NAE was born in 2008 based on three fundamental principles. Produce cruelty-free shoes, in ethical and fair factories with a permanent environmental concern throughout the product life cycle.

What materials NAE uses?

Nae vegan shoes uses natural, ethical and sustainable materials such as organic cotton, cork, pineapple, recycled airbag, ecological and certified OEKO-TEX microfibers and PET - recycled plastic bottles. In soles we use recycled synthetic rubber, natural rubber and car tires.We always try do do our best looking into new sustainable materials that shoe industry can offer and bring them to you.

How to clean our shoes?

The nae vegan shoes products are very simple to clean. Just a damp cloth and a little mild soap is enough. For the protection and conservation of your nae product, we also recommend the use of polishing cream on most of our products. In Piñatex products polish cream is required. How to make pre-order and re-order together?

Finish one order with the pre-order product and complete the purchase. Start buying again and put all the re-order product and complete the purchase. Mixing cart is requested to avoid.

Is it possible to cancel the order?

For the re-order no. But for the pre-order cancellations will only be allowed by informing 8 weeks prior the order delivery.

Does Nae accept return?

No, returns are not accepted unless they're previously authorized by NAE.

What if the product has defect?

Defective product are NAE's responsibility to repair, exchange or, if understood a credit note with the same value. Any complain has to be made in 7 days of receiving the product.

How many days to receive the product?

3-5 working days to deliver the order.

How does international shipping works?

A quotation of shipping cost will be sent through an email after the order confirmation. Delivery date may vary in some remote places.

About financial conditions

Does nae accept bank transfer?

Yes, and this is the only method at this moment Nae accept for the B2B clients.

What payment structure Nae follows?

When it's a re-order. 100% payment is upfront. For the pre-order 30% upfront and 70% upon the delivery of the order.

How the invoice will be sent?
